By placing an order with KENZ, you agree to the following terms.

Products: We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colors and textures may appear slightly different on different screens.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Orders: Placing an order does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or if we are unable to confirm delivery to your location.

Payment: All orders are paid cash on delivery (COD). No advance payment is required.

Delivery: We deliver within Lebanon only. By placing an order, you confirm that your delivery address is within Lebanon.

Returns: Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on returns and refunds.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
