Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
