Shipping Policy

KENZ currently ships within Lebanon only.

Flat Shipping Rate: $4.00 on all orders, paid cash on delivery.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order and arrange delivery.

Cash on Delivery: All orders are paid in cash upon delivery. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and we are unable to reach you, we will try again once. After two failed attempts, the order will be cancelled.
